A certificate is only useful when the test results, the batch number, and the material actually delivered line up. Kaxite’s quality documentation is structured around that link — not around a generic PDF template.
Request Certificate Samples →Material test report covering carbon content, ash, density, and compressive strength, issued per batch.
Inspection certificate with test results specific to the supplied batch, issued independently of production.
Quality management system applied to braiding, impregnation, die-forming, testing, and dispatch.
TUV test reports and NACE MR0175 compliance documentation where the specification requires it.
MTR and EN 10204 3.1 are manufacturer-issued documents that report chemical and mechanical test results tied to a specific batch. They are the standard documents most industrial buyers require — and they are only meaningful when the batch number on the document matches the material marking and the packing list.
Ask for three things before a bulk PO: a sample MTR with the batch number visible, a sample EN 10204 3.1 certificate, and confirmation that the documents are issued per shipment rather than per year.
Documentation is not the same as evidence. The certificate must point to the lot that ships. That is the check this page is built around.
